Two are standard push fit designed for cup & cone bottom brackets.
Two have been modified and have their push fittings removed to make more room for modern sealed cartridge bottom brackets.
I have had success fitting the modified versions of the guide with EITHER a very short bolt of same thread type as the hole in your BB shell if you have one (install this after the BB is in place) OR simply using Araldite to fix the guide in place – leave frame USD overnight, masking tape the guide in place while it sets, you may want to key the mating surfaces lightly with a little sandpaper beforehand, and keep the cable grooves clean and lightly lubed.
