Dead Rats Cycles Ltd is committed to your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the product you receive, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item. We will exchange the item or issue a refund, at our discretion. We will not accept accidental purchase as a reason for return.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, I’m afraid we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss. Once the return has been confirmed, please include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return with the package. We will refund your purchase price excluding shipping costs.
In order to qualify for a refund or exchange all returns must be received by us in the exact same condition you received it in from us. Any items returned that are damaged or scratched may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at their expense. If an item arrives damaged or missing parts, please contact us immediately so we can make arrangements for a replacement or refund.
All items must be returned in original packaging with all included materials (manuals, parts lists etc) included as well as any accessories that were originally shipped with it. Items returned without original packaging may incur additional fees due to increased packing time required by staff members who must repackage items manually before re-shipping them out again to customers who request returns via postal service methods available exclusively through Dead Rats Cycles’ online shop
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange this for you subject to confirmation and availability.
We will supply you with a Return Address upon request, to which you should return your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
