Hannah’s beloved 1992 Dawes Galaxy on test after a complete rebuild. The 50cm Reynolds 531ST frameset now has fresh RAL 9001 pale cream paintwork – rather than the original British Racing Green – and the build includes new SKS mudguards, MKS pedals, Deda bar tape, all new fasteners, chain and cables plus an upgraded chainset, bottom bracket and front derailleur. The wheels and rear derailleur were recent replacements, pretty sure the brakes and shifters are original though. Next on the shopping list for her pride & joy are a brown Brooks saddle and a pair of skinwall tyres…
