This one’s been cooking for a long time! Its owner Ben and my recipe includes custom pink sparkle paintwork for the Prestige frame, a Campagnolo Centaur 10 speed groupset with Shamal Ultra wheelset and Vittoria Corsa Control tyres, plus finishing kit from the likes of Ritchey WCS, Thomson, LOOK, Selle Italia and Supacaz. The finished dish tips the scales at 18lb – pretty impressive for a large steel-framed bike – and performs even better than it looks…
